Exporting and Sharing Schedules
Once your schedule is finalized, MatchGrid offers multiple ways to export and share it with coaches, parents, officials, and other stakeholders.
Export Formats
MatchGrid supports several export formats:

Exporting to PDF
- Navigate to your Schedule
- Click Export (top-right)
- Select PDF
- Choose options:
- Date range: Full season or specific weeks
- Group by: Team, location, or date
- Include: Notes, officials, or scores
- Click Download PDF
[!TIP] For large schedules, consider exporting by division or date range to keep file sizes manageable.
Sharing via Public Link
Create a shareable link for your schedule:
- Go to Schedule → Share
- Toggle Enable Public Link
- Copy the generated URL
- Share with anyone who needs access
Public links show a read-only view of your schedule. You can revoke access anytime by disabling the link.
Embedding in Websites
If you manage a league website, embed your schedule directly:
- Generate a Public Link
- Click Get Embed Code
- Copy the
<iframe>snippet - Paste into your website’s HTML
The embedded schedule updates automatically as you make changes.
Calendar Integration
Export individual team schedules to calendar apps:
- Open a Team’s Schedule View
- Click Add to Calendar
- Download the
.icsfile or copy the subscription URL
Teams can subscribe to the calendar URL for automatic updates.
Email Distribution
Send schedules directly to team contacts:
- Select the teams to notify
- Click Send Schedule
- Choose the format (PDF attachment or link)
- Customize the message
- Click Send
